Dynamic Hatha yoga is based on specific yoga sequence "Moving
the Shadow", developed by leading international yoga teacher
Shandor Remete.
It involves an uninterrupted sequence of postures, movements and
breath, The practice develops co-ordination, strength, core stability
and flexibility.
It is based on the common principals shared between yoga, martial
arts, chigong, and the ayurvedic and siddha systems of medicine.
The practice pays specific attention to activating vital energy
points, and stimulating the correct movement of energy through the
acupuncture meridians.
