Every day you wake up to your heart beating and your lungs breathing, essentially keeping you alive without you having to even think about it, now isn’t that pretty magnificent? And that’s just a tiny part of what your body does to play host to your soul on this journey we call life! So why is our society so caught up on only appreciating the outward appearance of the body? This way of looking at the body can be debilitating and consume all facets of your life, taking you far away from what it is you are really here for.

Join Sarah for a restorative, heart centred practice that focuses on giving back to your body and encourages you to love your body unconditionally. This workshop is perfect for people of all levels.

Journey to Inversion w/ Sarah Cooper

Shed any fears you have about going upside down with this fun and supportive workshop which aims to empower you to practice inversions safely, with control.

This workshop is designed to encourage you to let go of any attachments you may have to your goal of mastering inversions and instead relish in the journey toward moving upside down with stability and ease. Whether you’re working toward headstand, forearm balance or handstand, Sarah will guide you through what you need to practice in order to move upside down with confidence.

What’s in the workshop?

  • 3 hour workshop designed to empower you to know what you need to practice to move into and contain inversions safely
  • Work toward headstand, forearm balance and handstands
  • Learn to effectively use your bandhas (internal energy locks) and breath in inversions (and your practice)
  • Learn how to warm up your wrists for handstands and protect them against injury
  • Receive a copy of Sarah’s inversion e-book so that you can continue to work toward your inversion goals at home

Reiki & NLP for Yoga ~ MasterClass w/ Juliet Lever

Have you been hearing about Reiki and NLP lately? Are you always interested in learning about ways to enhance your life, and yoga practice?

As a Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and NLP Trainer Juliet Lever is passionate about teaching how these modalities intertwine to complement your yoga practice.

  • The evening will start with a gentle breath awareness & energy attunement
  • Juliet will explain the benefits of Reiki and how its practical application can be used in our daily lives
  • After a small tea and bliss ball break, Juliet will demonstrate the power of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to understand the barriers in our mind and how the mindset changes you can apply can support you mentally and emotionally to deepen your physical and spiritual yoga practice.
  • To end the evening, Juliet will guide a meditation combining elements of energy & mindset to leave you feeling uplifted and re-energised for the future.

Yoga for Anxiety Workshop w/ Emma Ceolin

This workshop is for anyone and the many of us who suffers from anxiety and stress knows how debilitating it can be. Managing anxiety can be a constant silent challenger. It can create feelings of limited control, low self esteem, frustration, panic, fear and defeat. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or conflicted, this simple, easeful 2 hour workshop will take us on a journey to soften back into ourselves again.

In this Yoga for Anxiety workshop we’ll learn practical tools to cultivate balance when faced with day-to-day challenges by working on calming the nervous system. We’ll explore grounding practices and techniques that you can do at home, work or university to help alleviate stress and anxiety. Expect asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra and aromatherapy.

You’ll also be gifted with a take-home ‘Yoga for Anxiety’ pack including some tips and tricks to practice in your own time and a delicious homemade vegan treat! Leave this workshop feeling balanced and grounded with the tools you need to give the very best version of yourself to the world. All levels welcome.

ABOUT THE TEACHER: Emma Ceolin is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 500), 200 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Yoga Teacher (E-RYT® 200), Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT®) and Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider (YACEP®). Emma has over 600 hours yoga training and 1000 hours experience teaching an array of Classes, Workshops, Retreats and Teacher Trainings internationally. Her mission is to share yoga as a path to health, healing and happiness.
